EFFECTIVE FAT BURNING BOOTCAMP WITH LINTON FITNESS

Our advanced workouts can be intense and demanding, but your coach will work with you to tailor the workout to your level of fitness!

Meet us outside Linton Fitness to begin the class. Please arrive 10 mins before the class starts.

Wear comfortable workout clothes, trainers, and be sure to bring plenty of water.

Our workouts are the perfect way to de-stress, feel stronger and fitter, increase confidence, lose weight and tone up!

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

– A mix of body weight exercises, weights, equipment and games.

– No two classes to be the same, always fun but challenging.

– Suitable for ALL fitness levels!

There will always an option to challenge yourself in these sessions, to keep progressing and to work at your own fitness level with the help and encouragement of team work and group support.

Don’t be put off by the words ‘BOOTCAMP’ – the team are extremely good at what they do and will support individuals based on their own abilities and requirements.

Low impact exercises are always available, you do not have to run or jump in these classes if that is not where you are at on the day.

The sessions will be OUTDOORS so prepare for all weathers. Waterproofs at the ready as we are based in England.

MEET THE TEAM

Jess

Trainer

Jess qualified as a personal trainer back in 2015 and since then has furthered her training and knowledge into specific areas.
Today works out of Linton Fitness specialising in functional fitness and mobility training.
Her fitness journey has taken her through many group exercises qualifications. She gained her advanced instructor qualification in 2017 specialising in free weights, kettlebells and resistance bands.
In 2016 she set up her first bootcamp in Nottingham, providing group exercise to local communities.
Jess is used to working in the outdoors, so be prepared to work up a sweat even when its cold and raining. In her time as a trainer she has worked with a large number of clients with varying fitness goals.
Jess enjoys giving clients a fun, efficient and no-nonsense workout that builds real results!

Tom

Trainer

Tom joined the army when he was 17, enlisting with the royal engineers.
He served as a member of an airborne commando unit so he has always held his standard of fitness to the highest level.
He deployed to Afghanistan in 2012 as a member of a high assurance search team and No 2 on an explosive ordinance disposal team.
After leaving the army in 2014 he qualified as a Personal Trainer.
Tom enjoys personal training, but his MAIN fitness passion is running Bootcamps!! which he has done for the past 4 years.
Expect a brilliant workout, with the addition of laughter and team building routines!

Harry

Trainer

Harry is currently in his final stages of Royal Marines Reverses training!
You can expect some great circuits and boot camp workouts inspired by his recent training program.
But do not fear,
Harry is excellent at ensuring everyone is working out safely and correctly. He’ll help you push your fitness into the next level, with a lot of laughs along the way!
He has learnt a fantastic way of building fun workouts and challenging circuits to get you on track and heading towards your fitness goals.
You don’t need to be pro athletes; all we ask for is maximum effort and most importantly to have fun. By the end of the session we will both be laughing.
