Remedial Massage:

Remedial massage is a soft tissue therapy treatment used to address a specific pain or injury. A range of hands-on techniques will be used with the aim to change the soft tissue layers with the primary goal to reduce pain.
The focus is on working the layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia to optimise movement and encourage changes in posture. Soft tissue work will help to restore correct muscle tone, symmetry and balance with the goal of realigning the soft tissues which effect joint position.
Massage treatments will differ according to the symptoms and individual clients needs. Treatments combine clinical assessment with general massage and advanced soft tissue techniques to help relieve pain and restore biomechanics.

Sports Massage:
Sports massage is designed to help athletes prepare their bodies for optimal performance, recover after a big event or function well during training and is geared toward athletes of every kind, from world-class professionals to weekend joggers.
In order for you to experience optimal performance each and every time you workout you need to provide relief to your overworked muscles. Sports massage emphasises prevention and healing of injuries to the muscles and tendons, working to reduce restrictions in joints and soft tissue range of motion.

Scheduling routine sports massages into your workout regime will improve flexibility and reduce fatigue, which otherwise might lead to muscle group imbalances and long term injury.
Deep Tissue Massage:

Deep Tissue Massage is a firm massage that doesn't focus on a specific injury or area of the body. Time will be spent working on reducing the build up of toxins in the tissues, with an aim of increasing blood flow through the muscles.
Chronic pain is relieved by releasing the underlying tension within the muscles, leading to a natural reduction in blood pressure and heart rate. It is designed to help reduce stress by stimulating the release of hormones that naturally relax the body.
Improved circulation means that deep tissue massages can ease the localised stiffness and pain that can often affect scar tissue and improve any restricted movement in a particular area of the body.
