Having been a professional sportsman for over 10 years, I've had the luxury of accessing and learning from world class athletes, trainers and nutritionists. I've had an interest in training since I was a young buck and this developed into general health and wellbeing as I matured.

Hi, I'm Josh! I'm a level 3 qualified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. I specialise in weight training and conditioning, having competed in a PCA men's physique bodybuilding show myself.
As a personal trainer, I take a holistic approach to training and nutrition, recognising the importance of consistency and discipline in achieving fitness goals. I work with individuals of all levels, helping them reach their dream bodies and make fitness a sustainable and enjoyable part of their lifestyle.
